How can we work together?

Simply to discuss your immediate requirements or future needs. Once we've discussed and confirmed your requirements, we'll send you a detailed project estimate that outlines the scope, deliverables, dates and methods of delivery, costs, and so on. We'll fine-tune the estimate if needed, and once you approve, we can begin working immediately.

All project work is done at our own office with our own software, so there's no equipment for you to worry about. We work independently but keep you informed of our progress, and encourage you to review our work as often as you'd like.

What tools are used?

We use industry-standard software such as Microsoft Word (all versions), Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat, and various HTML editors and tools.

All our help systems are built "from scratch" using standard, clean HTML and cascading style sheets (CSS). These files can instantly be ported to your website, Intranet, and other company-standard documents. Most help-authoring programs on the market, such as RoboHELP and Microsoft products, like to mess around with your HTML code and add things to it... making it difficult (sometimes impossible) to re-use that content for other purposes. Our help systems don't have that problem! And you still get full search and indexing functionality, just like any good help system should have.

Our clients love this approach, because it means the source files can be opened in any HTML editor on virtually any platform; there's no need to buy RoboHELP or another piece of expensive software.
